Please, please make sure your shipping address is correct. Shipping fees are nonrefundable if a package is returned for any reason.

I work hard on every skein and every order is double checked before being sent out. Returns will only be accepted if there is a flaw or defect with your yarn or a mistake with your order. If this happens, please contact me right away using the Contact us link or email me at holeinthewool@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Refunds will only be issued for items in their original condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
